Find out what you want, and then set your goals in line with your ability. Be ready to put hard smart work into your system. Do what you have the gift for. Set your heart to do what you can with what you have, in your present situation and location.

Work diligently and consistently until there is a proof that will be evident to all. Paul the Apostle encourages through his admonition in 1 Tim 4:15-16 in New international version of the Bible as he was inspired: Be diligent in these matters; give yourself wholly to them, so that everyone may see your progress. Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers.

A gift is as a precious stone in the eyes of him that hath it: whithersoever it turneth, it prospereth.” Proverbs 17:8 KJV

Work is the catalyst to bring your hidden potentials to lime light of its manifest form. You must constantly refine your gift; it is what will keep you in shape. It is your connecting neuron or rod to all what you will ever need for your assignment in life; in spiritual, physical, material etc, resources in all quantifications and dimensions.

The talents God gave to you are meant for trading and benefit; as you grow in their usage with every new task or encounter to bring the gem in you for profiting. Your talents are investment from God and they suppose to appreciate; that is they have the capacity to grow. Therefore, when we put them to use we key into God’s pleasure, which make things to fall in order for our placement in our assignment.

You need to infuse into your system the culture of discipline of work ethics; through following your goals, visions and plans by been orderly. What is discipline? It is the self-imposed standards and restrictions motivated by a desire greater than the alternatives. It is decision dictated by a determined destiny. The most beautiful thing about order is when you prioritize; you become more effective in your relationship with your environment to put your talents and gifts to use effectively.

When you do something with what you have God will give you more. That is how it works, it is the principle. Accept responsibility for your gifting and the consequences of your actions. Responsibility always pays great dividends. Why? Because it attracts God’s blessing as you walk in His ways. When you choose correctly and accurately in the area of your strength, you’ll be celebrated and rewarded for it.

Work is what will make you rise from obscurity to limelight. Benjamin Disraeli said: One secret of success in life is for a man to be ready for his opportunity when it comes. Another man said: Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do. There is something you can do to change your situation, go ahead to fulfil your own aspect of it by so doing other things will fall in order.

This I believe was the understanding of Ruth as she went to work on the farm of Boaz and God who sees, rewarded her for responding to do something with her life. Understand this that each time you make the move, good things come out of nowhere toward you. When you take responsibility, it will cause the resources from God to locate you.

Don’t avoid challenges -take them on; as well, don’t run away from difficulty-run through it. Challenges and difficulty situations are the opportunities to exercise our gifts and to polish our talents in order to have more. Ship in habour is safe, but that is not what ships are meant for.

This is to let you know that your gifts and talents are to be put to work in a responsibility on your assignment, in your marriage and family, in your ministry and all spheres of life that you might find yourself. Suffice to say therefore that there is always a talent for you to trade with, go ahead and just do that; it will attract its resources in spiritual, material, human, financial terms or forms and otherwise.

Do the Impossible and Be Daring

Everything seen in this world first began in the heart of somebody who was daring, and who never thought of impossibility. He got to put his faith to work expecting a change regardless the prevailing circumstances around him.

Things will not move, until we move it. As Newton’s laws of motion states: ‘All objects remain in a state of rest until a force is applied.’’ This is the true state of things, until the necessary force is applied.

In every life endeavour you must be daring to put your gifts and resources available to you to use. There is something you can do. As you put them to use, they will rejuvenate and attract whatever is needed as you begin to work.

Your greatest advantage is in your disadvantage. Opportunity is constantly where you are, never where you were. This amplifies what Hamilton Mabie said: ‘’the question for each man to settle is not what he would do if had the means, time, influence and educational advantages, but what he will do with the things he has.’’

Your attitude towards what you have is very vital, if you are to turn the impossible circumstances around for better. A wise man once said, ‘’Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not; but remember that what you now have was once among the things only hoped for.’’

Things will change as you change your thoughts, improve on them and believe in the Great God who is in you. Paul the Apostle was inspired by the Holy Spirit in 1 Timothy 4:14-16 on the importance of working on what we have. He wrote, ‘’Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you …. Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all.’’

Don’t neglect by getting upset over what you don’t have, however use what you have where you are to avoid the waste of what you already have. You must not say if things were different, I would do something. By all means, do something with them as they are. Take the stock, what you have left is more than enough go on and conquer any how any way.

ENHANCING YOUR WORTH AND VALUE

Knowledge and Information

My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children. Hosea 4:6(NIV)

Nothing destroys quickly or causes decay and degeneration like incorrect information about a matter. It makes a fool of the wise. Lack of knowledge is the root cause of confusion, frustration, manipulation found everywhere among the honourables. It makes a coward out of a King. Lack of information makes a man to winks in the dark.

The labour of fools wearies them, for they do not even know how to go to the city!

No matter how good, beautiful and laudable your recipes, products and ideas may look like or may be, lack of knowledge will make you to wallow in mediocrity, obscurity and suffer untold hardships, insults and embarrassments.

It makes a lot of things to experience set backs, abandonment and subjection to abuse and ridicule. It under values and promote low pricing to your gifts. When they are under valued it causes shrinking, aging and lost of colour and beauty.

You need correct and right information to be able to access the people for your upward movement. Knowledge enhances your worth and value. In any enterprise, get the right information before launching out into the market. Consult for right details before you confront with accurate information.

When you are informed before you get involved the possibility of deformation is ruled out. With the right information it makes you to be in charge of your destiny. Right information is a problem solver on its own; it saves time and resources when they are being put into right use for maximum exploits.

In any life endeavour, when you are not informed you will be deformed. It makes the eagle in you to scratch the ground with the chickens. Lack of knowledge makes you to be among the crowd or the so called the masses. It is responsible for conferment of misfit or by word upon men.

Nothing frustrates, demeans or hurts than a man who is anointed but weak, loaded but cannot perform, with opportunities but cannot deliver, discharge or display the beauty thereon; it is demoralising and negates purpose.

You are an eagle and a high flyer; do whatever it takes to get your bearing. Do not build obstacles in your imagination. Your life is not a coincidence; it is a reflection of you. Go back to the drawing board to locate where you have missed it and retrace your journey back. As a man thinks within himself, so he is. Pick up your cross you can only find fulfilment in positioning yourself in your place.

Lack of knowledge is the root cause of enslavement; therefore whatever it will take you to break loose do it. You’ll be glad you did. Zig Ziglar said: ‘’What you picture in your mind, your mind will go to work to accomplish. When you change your pictures, you automatically change your performance.’’ Though your future depends on so many things but the greatest is mostly you. Believe in yourself.

Get responsible by doing whatever it takes to liberate yourself, by educating your mind. E.W. Kenyon said, ‘’Make your brain work it will sweat, but make it work. It will improve. It will develop until you become a wonder to those around you.’’

As you turn the light of knowledge power on, it will increase, enhance your worth and value among the saints in the light.

SPIRITUAL DILIGENCE FOR MANIFESTATION

Dare to Decide
Proverbs 22:29 (KJV) says: Seest thou a man diligent in his business? He shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men. Success never happens until you make it happen. And you make things happen when you make decisions that cause a movement to begin. You can be sure that you are walking the walk of faith so long as you make those decisions. Success is no accident. It is a deliberate commitment and no coincidence. As you lay your bed so you lie on it so says the adage. Set your eyes like a flint to decide today what you want from life as the promises of God never fails, it is only offered to those who dare take a chance and walk the walk of faith. Now is the time to awake to your responsibility and make a move to walk the path designed for your life. Take that plunge, you are sure to live beyond now!

MY CONFESSION OF FAITH
1. In Jesus I am free forever from condemnation, I have been placed in Christ by God’s doing in Jesus name.
2. In Jesus I have received the spirit of God into my life that I might know the things freely given to me by God in the mighty name of Jesus.
3. I have been given the mind of Christ, I have been bought with a price; I am not my own, I belong to God in the mighty name of Jesus.
4. In the mighty name of Jesus, I have been established, anointed and sealed by God in Christ, and I have been given the Holy Spirit as a “pledge guaranteeing my inheritance to come in Jesus name.
5. In the mighty name of Jesus, since I have died, I no longer live for myself, but for Christ.
6. I have been made righteous, I have been crucified with Christ and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. The life I am now living in Christ’s life in the mighty name of Jesus.
7. I have been blessed with every spiritual blessing, I was chosen in Christ before the foundation of the world to be holy and an without blame before him in Jesus name.
8. In the name of Jesus, I was predestined, determined by God to be adopted as God’s son, I have been redeemed and forgiven, and I am a recipient of his lavish possibility of grace.
9. I have been made alive together with Christ, I have been raised up and seated with Christ in heaven, I have direct access to God through His Spirit in Jesus name.
10. In the name of Jesus, I can approach God with boldness, freedom and confidence; I have been rescued from the domain of Satan’s rule and transferred to the kingdom of Christ.
11. I have been redeemed and forgiven of all my sins the debt against me has been cancelled; Christ himself is in me the hope of glory. I am firmly rooted in Christ and am now been rooted in Christ and am now been built in Him in Jesus mighty name.
